The Ming Group, a popular business in the food and beverage industry, was founded in 2003 by Yue Hua Chen and Meng Hsiung Fu with the successful Ming Dynastie restaurant in Berlin. Since then, the group has expanded into various Asian cuisines, including Korean, and has added several restaurants and food stalls to its portfolio. Today, under the leadership of the second generation, the Ming Group continues to pursue excellence and innovation in the culinary world.
